Going to my 3-hour-job

I've always dreaded going to KL city center where the air is so polluted where I would often reach home looking like I've just came out from the bushes. If you've been following the blog..you would also know me "growing grapes" everywhere I go. Anyways, I found a job, which is only a part time in KL..Jalan Pudu, a place where I...never wanted to go.
Reasons are;
  1. The traffic.
  2. People using public transportation.
  3. Vendors along Petaling Street.
I really hate being stuck in traffic because I really find it ridiculous that traffic jam exists! Roads don't end anywhere but a dead-end. Yeah, road user is the main cause other than construction. So, smart people use the public transportation to avoid getting stuck in traffic. So, I take the KTM (where most of its passengers are quite uncivilised aka savages esp after working hours), and the LRT and the bus. Taking the KTM in the morning is fine and my favourite part was taking the LRT and the bus. After my work finish at 1pm..yes..1pm..(cool huh? my job starts at 10am), I would walk along Petaling Street declining vendors who do what they do best (attract buyers with fake Louis Vuittons and curse who don't intend to buy etc)and walk to CM to take the bus home. This is the part I hate most.

What's the point of being the first in a queue and being the last person to board the bus? You see, the queue at that time of the day is usually short and there are plenty of seats in the bus, what's the rush and what's with the pushing and that "I was here first" look? Duh..of course you were there first, you bloody jump the queue, you idiot.

Other than these uncivilised dumb-asses, I don't find any other thing as annoying or irritating as this.

Anyways, I got the job on the day of the interview. At first, I was quite reluctant to commute all the way from Shah Alam to Jalan Pudu because of the reasons above and the reason I take it because I haven't been working for almost a year and I was so bloody bored of not doing anything so I gave it a shot and since Day 1, I love my 3-hour job at first sight. I love taking the KTM in the morning, LRT, the bus and walking to Pasar Seni. I now look forward to go to work. The usual "monday blues" that most people have does not exist in my "dictionary".
